We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us, through two forms on this website:

Quote request form (/get-a-quote and the homepage enquiry form) We collect your name, email address, phone number, country, postcode, pond dimensions and shape, and any notes or drawings you choose to attach. This information is used solely to prepare and send you a quote for a box welded pond liner. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Contact form (/contact) We collect your name, email address and the message you write. This is used to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

We do not collect any data passively. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.

We share your data with two third-party processors, both operating under data processing agreements:

Resend (resend.com) — we use Resend to deliver your form submission to our inbox by email. Your name, email address and enquiry details are transmitted to Resend's servers for this purpose. Resend is based in the United States. This transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under UK GDPR.

Vercel (vercel.com) — this website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. When you submit a form, the data passes through Vercel's servers momentarily as part of the request. Vercel operates a global edge network. Data processing is covered by Vercel's Data Processing Addendum.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

If you request a quote and we supply a liner, we retain the relevant correspondence as part of our business records for up to six years, in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.

If you contact us but do not proceed with an order, we retain your enquiry for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted from our systems.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us (see the Your rights section below).

This website uses only essential technical cookies — small files placed on your device that are strictly necessary for the site to function. These are set by Next.js (our website framework) and Vercel (our hosting provider) to manage page delivery and security. They do not track you, profile you, or persist beyond your session.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of tracking cookie. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use cookies that are strictly necessary.
